Hi, I’m Satyam
Born and raised in Patna, Bihar, I’ve always been passionate about sports, performance, and personal growth. After completing my college at BITS Pilani and securing an IT job at a top MNC, life seemed perfectly mapped out.
But during the lockdown, I realized I wanted more than a career — I wanted transformation. I started training to build muscle and improve my performance on the field. What began as curiosity soon turned into purpose.
Through self-education and consistent experimentation, I mastered the science of strength training, nutrition, and sustainable transformation. I helped my own mother reverse her pre-diabetic condition — and that was the turning point.
Since then, I’ve guided 100+ people to achieve lasting transformations — all in just 1.5 years of going solo.
Today, my goal is simple:
To make fitness accessible to everyone and prove that you can have it all — strength, health, balance, and happiness.
